Requirements: I will require you to send a full frontal/back shot of you in your underwear telling me your height and your current weight. I need you to tell me if you want help in gaining muscle and bulking up or leaning out and losing weight. I will provide you with a meal plan each week and upon you checking in with me twice a week and providing your weight and pictures we will adjust your meal plan.
*Remember looking fit is 90% diet and 10% exercise. I will also send you a workout regimen you need to commit to 3-5 times a week.
